Cancellation Policy

You are allowed to cancel your order and obtain a refund before it is dispatched. After it has been shipped, please allow it to arrive and then initiate the return process.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. Most items in their original condition can be returned within 30 business days following delivery.

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and provide information regarding the item(s) and the reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive the return instructions from us, please package the item(s) in their original packaging.
  3. Return the item(s) as directed. We will supply you with the return address and shipping details after accepting your return. (Please note: Unauthorized returns will not be processed).
  4. The majority of returns are handled within 5 business days after we receive your package.

Return Conditions

You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to decide if an item meets your needs. Please reach out within this period for returns or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Charges

If the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will provide a full refund.

If the return is based on buyer choice (e.g., dissatisfaction with the product or incorrect size selection), a full refund will still be issued.

No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
